CCNB adult carers group provides a service that improves the quality of life for unpaid adult carers in North Bucks, by offering access to a solid network for friendship and support. The meetings provide a venue for carers to socialise and find support from others in the same situation. Coffee, tea, cakes and company are provided by a team of volunteers.
Activities arranged include a programme of speakers covering a range of subjects such as health, social care and general interest and a coach trip to a place of interest once a year.
The group offers the following:

- One to one sessions within a group meeting
- Events
- Welfare Support
- Regular external outings
- Guest speakers
- Benefits advice
- Applications for bus pass renewals and disabled car permits
The group currently meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at the Community Centre in Buckingham (opposite Waitrose). The sessions are free to all that attend.
