Throughout the last year YC2 have kept in touch with families, providing weekly or fortnightly support focussing on emotional wellbeing, as well as practical support such as food, hot meals, clothing, shoes etc.
Over Easter, Sally Phillips, Elle Mansfield and Margo Jackson organised a number of outings, from one to one support to small group outings.
